From Diaper Duty to Tax Strategy: How Pack Tax Began
Our Story
Pack Tax began seven years ago out of necessity. Kristy Pack had just had her third baby and the tax firm she worked for no longer offered the flexibility she needed for her growing family. She ventured out on her own with a mission: make tax prep accessible and affordable for regular, everyday people.
Fast forward to today, and Pack Tax has grown from zero clients to over 10,000 people and 1,000 small businesses served each year. With seven physical locations (and counting!) and a team of more than 40 amazing people, Pack Tax has become a Utah powerhouse—all while staying true to its original mission: making tax help accessible, affordable, and actually kind of fun.
What Makes Pack Tax Different?
